With 43 years of experience in managing manufacturing and retail environments, Mike brings his unique perspective to the business.  He advocates for all clients to ensure they receive the fairest price, the best quality product and a service level that is second to none. His goal is to build long term relationships, by providing clients with the expertise and support they need to be innovative, profitable and leaders in their industries.

Erin has been part of the Sandee Manufacturing family for over 24 years. Throughout her career, she has gained experience across many areas of the business, developing a deep understanding of the company’s products, processes, and customers’ needs. As Executive Vice President, she works closely with the Sandee team to guide the company’s daily operations, support strategic growth, and continue the tradition of quality and service that has defined Sandee since 1941. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her family and a good cup of coffee.

Matt joined the Sandee family in 2010 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations at the Franklin Park manufacturing facility.  After graduating from DePaul University with a B.A. in Communications, Matt strived for a career opportunity that would provide stability, growth, knowledge, and long-lasting partnerships.  Sandee has been that place for him.  Roads traveled through customer service, sales, shipping/receiving, purchasing, and scheduling properly align him to lead a team of highly skilled extrusion professionals.  No two days are the same and the job can be humbling, but the relationships with our clients and vendors make every challenge worthwhile.  Matt is a proud husband and father to his wife, Joyce and his son, Grayson.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with them and making memories that will last a lifetime.  

Since joining the company in 1998 straight out of college, Jason has contributed to the design of thousands of custom extrusion tools. His attention to detail and steady approach make him a trusted resource for both colleagues and customers. Away from the office, he enjoys hiking with his wife and reading a wide range of books, from memoirs and mysteries to metaphysics.

Cindy’s career with Sandee spans more than 35 years, working in virtually every department in the company. This valuable experience allows Cindy to quickly and precisely determine exactly what her clients need and exactly who within the company can deliver the right solution. It has helped her build long-term partnerships with all her clients who rely on her judgment and enjoy her sense of humor.

Carmen Micklus has partnered with clients across a wide range of industries for more than 25 years, building lasting relationships through exceptional service and strategic extrusion expertise.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from North Park University and further expanded her global perspective through a study abroad program in Jönköping, Sweden.  Outside of work, Carmen enjoys bicycling, listening to music, and spending time with friends over a great barbecue.

Jim received a bachelor’s degree in Education from Wittenberg University, but his path to success started much earlier, as he began working full-time in an insurance brokerage while still in high school. A sales career proved to be an ideal fit for a fellow who’s proud to say, “I don’t know a stranger.” Jim brings over 40 years of sales and management experience to Sandee, and he loves forming enduring relationships. If there’s one thing he hates, though, it’s loose ends—so he takes great pains to follow through on every detail for every client.

Dayana plays an important role in our Franklin Park office’s daily operations, helping keep the office running efficiently. Known for her friendly, helpful approach, she enjoys working with both customers and coworkers. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to providing excellent service and building strong relationships with everyone she works with.

Rudy Salinas brings 40 years of manufacturing expertise and over 20 years of dedication to Sandee as the General Manager at our West Coast facility. He has worked in practically every department here, so he truly knows how the magic happens. Rudy loves helping customers turn rough sketches into finished products and always goes the extra mile. Outside of Sandee, he enjoys family life and playing music with his band. Truthfully, the secret to his success is simple: just let Rudy crank up some classic tunes and watch the rest fall perfectly into place.

Karen joined the Sandee team to provide professional Customer Service to all West Coast clients. She brings over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Along with Customer Service, her background also includes Purchasing, Shipping, and Quality Control.  With her diverse experience and morning cup of joe, she will have no problem assisting with client’s needs.

Leslie is the friendly face and organizational engine behind the Sandee West Coast office. As Administrative assistant , she handles daily office operations from accounting and shipping to client and team support.
